The details
Questions before we talk.
Clear expectations make room for a better conversation. Here is what the service is—and what it is not.
Who is this for?
Adults 18 and older who would value a thoughtful, respectful conversation outside their everyday circle. You do not need a particular reason to book.
What can we talk about?
Life experiences, relationships, family, friendships, decisions, fulfillment, everyday concerns, or simply whatever has been on your mind—within the service boundaries.
Is this therapy?
No. Hearlune is a nonclinical conversation service. It does not provide diagnosis, mental-health treatment, counseling, or crisis intervention.
Will you give advice?
The focus is listening, curiosity, and conversation—not prescribing solutions. You may ask for a perspective, but no medical, legal, financial, or professional advice is provided.
Are conversations confidential?
We treat conversations as private one-to-one services and minimize the information we retain. Confidentiality is subject to our privacy policy, safety obligations, and applicable law; absolute secrecy cannot be guaranteed.
Are conversations recorded?
No. Recording, transcription, AI meeting notes, and conversation summaries are off by default.
How does an audio-only conversation work?
After verified payment, you receive a unique private Google Meet link. Join with your camera disabled and keep it off for the session. Google Meet may still allow you to switch it on, so we do not claim the camera is technically disabled.
Can I choose video?
Yes. Choose Private Video Conversation while booking. After verified payment, your confirmation includes a unique private Google Meet link.
Can I speak French?
Yes. Choose English or French while booking.
How do cancellations work?
Our proposed launch policy allows free cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before a session. Late cancellations may be non-refundable. This draft policy will be finalized before commercial launch.
What if I need mental-health support?
This service is not the right place for urgent or clinical support. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. For mental-health care, contact a qualified professional or an appropriate local support service.
Can I book another session?
Of course. If you enjoyed the conversation, you are welcome to book again—without a subscription or ongoing commitment.
