No guaranteed outcome
The service offers time and attentive conversation. No particular emotional, professional, relationship, health, or financial outcome is promised.
Client conduct
Harassment, threats, hate, sexual requests, discriminatory abuse, recording without consent, and repeated boundary violations are prohibited. The operator may end a session when conduct or safety requires it. Refund eligibility in such cases will follow the final approved policy.
Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed only after verified payment and a confirmation notice. A success page alone does not confirm a booking. Prices, duration, taxes, and the cancellation policy are shown before payment.
Technology
You are responsible for a suitable internet connection, a compatible device, and a private environment. We will use reasonable efforts to address service-side failures under the final approved cancellation policy.
