Draft for professional legal review before commercial launch

Important: This is an operational draft, not legal advice. It must be reviewed for the business location, customer locations, and selected providers before launch.

Our approach

Hearlune collects the minimum information reasonably needed to arrange, deliver, secure, and account for booked conversations. We do not ask you to submit your personal story during booking.

Information we collect

Booking details may include your name, email address, time zone, format and language choices, consent records, booking status, and payment reference. No phone number is requested for the service. Cal.com provides scheduling and passes payment-card processing to the connected Stripe account; this website does not receive or store full card numbers.

Conversation content

Sessions are not recorded by default. Automated transcription, AI meeting notes, sentiment analysis, and conversation summaries are disabled. Administrative notes must be limited to operational information and must not become a record of private conversation content.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the service, prevent double booking and fraud, send confirmations and joining details, manage cancellations and refunds, meet accounting or legal obligations, and—only with permission—send a restrained follow-up.

Sharing and providers

Cal.com processes booking details and Google Calendar availability data, Stripe processes payment, and Google Meet processes meeting details and media when participants join. The final policy must list all enabled providers and applicable agreements before launch.

Retention and deletion

Operational and financial records will be retained only as long as needed for service, dispute, tax, legal, and security purposes. A jurisdiction-specific retention schedule and a process for access, correction, and deletion requests must be approved before launch.

Limits

We use reasonable safeguards but cannot promise absolute security or secrecy. Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary to address an immediate safety concern.

Contact

A privacy contact email and business mailing address must be added before launch.
